Where are you located?
We are a mobile company! We currently fit out of two bridal salons in Fort Myers and we do home fittings. Once you call to book an appointment, the location will be determined based on the scheduled time and date.
Are there fitting fees?
The 1st and final fittings are complementary as there is usually 1 fitting needed for our alterations. Fees apply only if the customer requests additional fittings.
What are the travel fees?
Travel within 10 miles round trip is included. Additional travel is charged at $.50 per mile (round trip).
Example: Client is located 12 miles away
12 miles × 2 = 24 miles round trip
First 10 miles are included (24-10=14)
14 additional miles × $.50 = $7.00 travel fee

What are your alteration prices?
Standard wedding gown alterations usually range from $300-$600, but that is not always the case. We have completed alterations totaling well under $300.
Do you offer Rush or Emergency Alterations?
When should I book my appointment?
We prefer to book the 1st fitting for wedding alterations 6-8 weeks before the wedding. However, we strive to help everyone! We only charge rush fees for brides if the 1st appointment is within 7 days of the wedding. The rush fee is based on the time and labor.

What forms of payment do you accept and is a deposit required?
Yes! We proudly offer 24-hour, 48-hour, and expedited alterations whenever our schedule allows.
Rush services are subject to a 30%–50% Rush Service Fee, depending on the complexity of the alterations, turnaround time requested, and scheduling availability.

Who will be working on my Garment?
The work is split among our team! Mostly all customer service and correspondence is with the Owner, Marque Castellanos. Along side Marque, our team of Seamstresses and Designers execute the labor!
We accept Cash, Card (including Amex), Check, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash app! We require a 50% deposit at the 1st fitting once the customer is pleased with the pricing and the invoice is finalized. We send the invoice with the 1st payment recorded right on the spot!
