SERVICES
Couture Artistry provides professional clothing alterations, bridal alterations, fitting services, custom design, garment-related services, and related services as described on our website or agreed upon with the client.
SERVICE REQUESTS & APPOINTMENTS
Appointments may be required for fittings, consultations, alterations, bridal services, and other services. Appointment availability is subject to our schedule.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and accurate information regarding their garments, event dates, requested services, and other relevant details.
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled in accordance with Couture Artistry’s applicable scheduling policies.
ALTERATIONS & GARMENT SERVICES
Alteration results depend on the garment’s construction, fabric, condition, existing alterations, and the requested changes. Couture Artistry will communicate with clients regarding recommended alterations and any limitations identified during the fitting or alteration process.
Clients are responsible for reviewing their garments and communicating any concerns with Couture Artistry.
CUSTOM DESIGN
Custom design services may require consultations, measurements, fittings, deposits, material selections, and other project-specific requirements. Specific terms, pricing, timelines, and payment requirements may be communicated to the client before work begins.
PAYMENTS
Payment terms, deposits, balances, and other applicable charges will be communicated to the client at the time services are scheduled or ordered.
A deposit or payment may be required before certain services or custom projects begin.
CLIENT COMMUNICATION
Couture Artistry may communicate with clients regarding appointments, scheduling, garment status, service requests, and customer service matters through email, telephone, or text messaging when appropriate and when the client has provided the necessary consent.
SMS / TEXT MESSAGE TERMS
If you voluntarily provide your mobile telephone number and affirmatively consent to receive text messages from Couture Artistry, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages regarding appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, garment status updates, and customer service communications.
Message frequency varies based on your appointments, service requests, and interactions with Couture Artistry. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase any goods or services from Couture Artistry.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any Couture Artistry text message. For assistance, reply HELP.
Your use of this website and the information you provide to Couture Artistry are also governed by our Privacy Policy.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Couture Artistry will make reasonable efforts to provide professional services and communicate with clients regarding their requested services. However, Couture Artistry is not responsible for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including manufacturer defects, pre-existing garment damage, fabric deterioration, improper garment construction, or limitations inherent in a particular garment or material.
